Therapy Intensives

Do you feel overwhelmed or stalled in your recovery process? Those who wish to achieve significant improvement quickly are the ideal population for therapy intensives. An intense session enables a focused emphasis on your specific needs, whether you're suffering with trauma, seeking profound emotional healing, or navigating difficult life issues.

Therapy Intensives 101

Intensives are longer therapy sessions that are scheduled closer together than typical therapy sessions.

An intensive will provide three, six, or nine hours of therapy over the course of one to three days, whereas conventional therapy treatment may involve one hour of meetings per week or every two weeks. We can delve deeper and find the core of the problem without interruptions or appointment delays thanks to this concentrated time. Clients who take part in intensives are able to reach their recovery objectives more quickly through lengthier, hyper-focused sessions.

The work of weeks or even months of treatment may sometimes be completed in one to three days during intense therapy sessions, which are an efficient and swift technique to get to the core of the issue.

Intensives Work Well For People Who:

The Benefits of Intensives

We focus on building a client's capacity to tolerate their emotions, connect with their core self and internal values to develop a life style that feels congruent. We use the power of bilateral eye movements to build new neural pathways towards these goals as well as processing past stuck memories and trauma responses. This allows for integration in a fast, efficient, and safe experience.
