Policies and Practices

Individual or Couples' Therapy Fees*

  • 50-60 minute individual or couples session – $200/hr

  • Late cancellation or no-show – $130 the  first time, then $150/instance. 48 hour notice required. 

  • Letter writing or report writing/compilation – $30

Fees & Policies

New clients will complete all intake paperwork before scheduling an appointment (this is to make a more efficient use of your time in session).

We do require that a credit card remain on file for your convenience. Full payment is due at the time of service. You can pay as far in advance as you feel comfortable.

If you cancel with less than 48 hour notice or are a no-show, your card will automatically be billed $130 for the first time, and $150 each additional time. We take credit card, including HSA or FSA.

We take the following insurance and will verify your benefits and estimated co-pays prior to your first appointment.

  • United Healthcare

  • United Behavioral Health

  • UMR

  • Optum

  • Caresource – Medicaid only

  • VA Community Care Network
