In Deep Counseling, LLC offers a safe, constructive & private space for clients to receive therapy. No threats of violence toward the Therapist, Employees or other clients shall be tolerated. This includes physical violence, aggressive inappropriate language, sexual harassment, gender harassment or political deconstruction of anyone who seeks therapy from In Deep Counseling, LLC. Such matters should be reported to the owner, Mary E Walker immediately so steps may be taken to recreate a safe atmosphere for all. Anyone creating such disturbances shall be banned from the practice.

Therapy can be a teaching tool, or it can be severe trauma work. Emotions can & likely will be had by one or many if in a individual or group setting. This is a very normal part of therapy & should not be stifled. However, hollering, threatening or just outward uncontrolled anger is not acceptable under any circumstance. Behavior which can be perceived as uncontrolled or threatening disturbs the trust of those present. Safe words can be created if necessary or breaks can & will be provided if needed.

Group settings shall carry all the same rules & policies as any office visit. Group settings will require each member to respect the privacy of another member outside the group setting. Groups can only be safe & effective if each member holds themselves accountable & reinforces respect & trust for one another. Disrespecting other members shall lead to omission from not only the group but likely from the practice.

Appointments are scheduled between the Therapist, Mary E. Walker and the client. Due respect shall be shown regarding the keeping & cancelling of all appointments. 48 hours' notice shall be given to the Therapist barring an unforeseen emergency (i.e., hospitalization, death etc.)
If two (2) appointments are a no call - no show, you shall be dropped from the practice. No exceptions.

In deep counseling, llc takes your privacy very seriously. There will be no exchange of personal or financial information with any other entity unless applicable by law (ie; law enforcement reporting or subpoena's). No other party shall bare witness in any manner to confidentially matters between Mary E. Walker & her clients.
In-person sessions, financial information, exchange of emails/texts/calls/information from prior therapist will not be shown, spoken of, sold, or traded without expressed written consent and therapeutic guidance regarding usage of such information to any other entity outside of Law Enforcement.

There will be no recording of any session by either party or within a group setting without prior consent between both parties & written consent within a theraputic setting. Privacy shall be afforded to both the Therapist, Mary E. Walker & the client at all times.

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. This includes co-pays outside of what insurance does not cover. We accept many types of insurance as well as cash pay.
