I work with people along the entire spectrum of functioning related to career/life transitions, performance enhancement to tackling issues of anxiety, depression, alcoholism/addiction/recovery, PTSD, chronic pain/medical issues, grief, sexual assault, trauma, and even spiritual/generational healing work.

I utilize tools from various modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
