Heal the Patterns That Keep You Stuck — At the Nervous System Level
Trauma therapy for adults who are tired of coping and ready for lasting change.
When early experiences shape the nervous system, they can continue to drive anxiety, shutdown, emotional overwhelm, and relationship struggles long into adulthood. Therapy can help your system learn something new — not just understand the past, but respond differently in the present.

You Might Be Feeling…
• Successful on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside
• Stuck in cycles of anxiety, numbness, or emotional reactivity
• Trapped in relationship patterns you can’t seem to change
• Exhausted from managing stress, pain, or burnout
• Frustrated that insight hasn’t created real relief
These are not personal failures. They are nervous system patterns shaped by early experiences and reinforced over time.

Therapy That Works With the Nervous System — Not Against It
I specialize in helping adults gently update the survival patterns formed in childhood that still influence how they feel, relate, and move through the world today.
Rather than only talking about problems, our work focuses on helping your nervous system experience more safety, flexibility, and choice. As your system shifts, symptoms like anxiety, shutdown, and reactivity begin to soften — and new ways of being become possible.

My Approach
I work from a neurobiological understanding of trauma, recognizing that many symptoms — anxiety, shutdown, emotional reactivity, chronic stress, and even pain — are rooted in nervous system patterns formed during earlier life experiences. These patterns developed as survival strategies, not personal flaws.
Rather than only talking about the past, our work focuses on helping your nervous system experience new outcomes in the present.
I integrate advanced, evidence-based trauma therapies including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Polyvagal-informed therapy, NARM and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). These approaches help the brain and body release stored survival responses, reduce the intensity of distressing memories, and build new patterns of regulation, safety, and connection.
This work is collaborative and paced with your system. As old patterns begin to shift, many clients notice greater emotional steadiness, healthier relationships, and an increased ability to respond with choice rather than automatic survival reactions.
Therapy Intensives
For those seeking deeper work without the timeline of weekly therapy, I offer focused therapy intensives designed to create meaningful momentum in a shorter period of time.
Options include:
• 3-hour intensives
• 6-hour intensives
• Multi-day intensive formats
Intensives are ideal for processing specific memories, working through stuck patterns, or making significant progress when time or life circumstances limit ongoing weekly sessions.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Support
I provide psychedelic-friendly therapy, including preparation and integration support for individuals engaging in legal or ceremonial expanded-state work. This support focuses on emotional readiness, nervous system safety, meaning-making, and integrating insights into lasting change.

A Space for Real Change
Healing happens in relationship. My role is to create a space where your nervous system can begin to feel safe enough to explore, process, and grow — at a pace that respects your system rather than overwhelms it.
You don’t have to relive everything to heal. And you don’t have to do it alone.
